Gonzalez Auto Parts #11

Aaron is very professional and I appreciate the always great customer service I get in all Gonzalez Auto parts I been a mechanic for along time I compare pricing and 9 times out of 10 I'm truly shopping at Gonzalez for my parts

I went to shop for brake rotors and brake pads. Its been a long time that I had to shop for my vehicle, they knew exactly what I needed and was very helpful and very professional. And had great customer service skills, made me feel comfortable in my purchase. I highly recommend anyone to shop here at Gonzalez Auto Parts. You will be taken care of. Thank you, GAP GOD be with you...

GAP #11 happens to always have the parts I need for a 2006 Malibu Lt 6 3.5L . Also has parts for my 2004 Scion xb ,and on top of having them in stock they also happen to have the cheaper price on anything I wanna purchase for my vehicles. …

This place has ALWAYS been amazing to my husband and I. Prices are amazing! Best in town! Very informative and helpful. If they don't have the part for you that day, it WiLL be there the following day. 10/10 recommend for your car/truck part needs!

This is for Mr. Rene... On Sunday you came in to GAP yelling and cursing at the 2 men behind the counter about your refund. You told one of the guys there (ROB) that you came in on Saturday at 5:40 and that the store was closed. He apologized to you told you that they closed at 5:00 on Saturday's and you were yelling that the on line hours showed they closed at 6:00. The man behind the counter again apologized to you about the hours being wrong but you did not care and kept cursing them out. He then turned to me and apologized because I had my daughter with me about what was going on in the store and he asked you to leave and he wouldn't be able to help you. I wouldn't have helped you either acting like an idiot and disrespecting everyone in the store. People always want to post the bad and want everyone to see what happened but you only put down one side of the story. This is the second part of the story that you left out and didn't want people to know. I will let the guys at GAP know about this today when I see them. Next time I hope you put down everything that happens instead of a one-sided story. Next time show some respect and look for kid's before you start cursing. IDIOT!!!

Very well rounded professional staff Very helpful and kind Best prices! Great store

A BIG THANKS TO AREA MANGER NICK!! Not only was he the Only one willing to go above & beyond in making sure we found exactly what was needed Nick provided the best Customer service that I was not expecting. Thank you Sir & Team at GAP!! Husband had been serching all over town for 1989 Chevy break caliper. All the BIG BOX Corporate auto parts didnt even want to hear us out on what part we needed. One place had mentioned to us" Go to Gonzalez Auto Parts", cause they will probably help you out more than us.... So Glad that we did!! Mr. Nick the Area MANGER matched the part to the T & even put in the ORDER for Same Day delivery. They got it in before 3~ Within the hour my husband had our food truck up & running with breaks that didn't grind anymore!! Thank you a Million & 1 times Mr. Nick you have our loyal business for here on out. ~ Coco Lechè

I referred a friend to this shop because I have heard good things about the shop. She told me they gave her a good deal on a brand-new pair of tires.

Friendly staff, great prices...Even though it was a little bit further away, it was worth it. I found a new parts store !!! My Hummer is hummnnn again. Thanks

Manager unhelpful and kept telling me to come back tomorrow to receive refund (because they were closing soon). I called and went to another store and they waited for me, and gave me a refund, the same day. The manager at this store, on Culebra, is a no-go.
