Outstanding folks here. I needed a couple of hubcaps for my personal car and Glisson's was showing some on my locator. I reached out to Brent and received some of the best customer service I had ever had in my life. Great prices too, and fast shipping. This operation knows what they're doing, five stars all the way around.

Midas negotiated a price on a motor for my daughter's car which was to come with a 6 month warranty because it was being ordered through Midas. I was told I had to call in and pay for it with my credit card. When I called to pay, I was told I had to fill out a form with the credit card information. I filled out the credit card form, sent it in and my card was charged. Fast forward to 2 months later where the head gaskets are now leaking, all 4 of them with video proof, and Glisson's decided that when I submitted my credit card form to pay that they would take the order out of Midas name and put it under my name which then changed the warranty to 30 days - NOBODY WAS INFORMED OF THIS CHANGE (Not Midas or myself). So now, I have my daughter's car that need a new engine AGAIN, but Glisson's is sitting pretty with MY money and their 30 day warranty policy. I was told they were "trying" to find a new engine, but were not successful... thousands of Aveo's made, but all the engines to them have vanished. Amazing. I will never purchase anything from here again, nor will I recommend this company to anyone ever.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GLISSON'S IN EVANSVILE INDIANA. THIS COMPANY TREATED ME VERY BADLY AND THEIR "SOLUTION" WAS UNFAIR. I needed a 2018 Kia Sportage engine and found one with 41,000 miles at a good price from them. All good so far. Called, paid with my credit card, told them I wanted to make sure no one bought the engine out from under me. Yes sir, all good, it'll be ready in a week. I called back in 7 days and they tell me I have to fill out a credit card form, and I haven't paid and it'll be another week. Meanwhile I'm paying for a rental car... they did figure it out and they took the card info which they did have and he moved the removal up to try to make up for the screw up. Not great but OK... then, I get a call, the engine is ready. I live in Nashville, it's 2 hours and 40 minutes each way to pick it up. I hired a friend to pick it up, paid him $300 to do so. He goes and picks it up. My mechanic tells me they gave me an engine with 71,000 miles on it. The number on the receipt doesn't match the engine number. I call and talk to them, tell them the situation, they didn't offer anything to make it right. I threatened the BBB, so they said hold on, let me call you back. Per the internet, I should be getting close to 30% off for the mile variance - 20% vehicle depreciation for every 20K miles. The engine was $2600 plus. To make it simple, $2600 - 25% is $1950. To be fair, it should be a minimum of $1000 off. At first they wouldn't do anything and the best they offered me was $200 off. UPDATE: THEIR RESPONSE IS BS. I CAN'T EVEN GET THEM TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE IT WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY AND THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE. THEY LITERALLY DID NOT ORIGINALLY OFFER ME ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND ONLY GAVE ME $200 BACK FOR AN ENGINE THAT DRASTICALLY DECREASED THE DEPRICIATION OF MY VEHICLE AND OWE ME CONSIDERABLY MORE MONEY AND I CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS, FULL STOP. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT GIVES VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOESN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE.

Called about a part I saw on Car-Parts.com and the gentleman I talked to was pleasant and helpful. However, when picking up said part the older gentlemen who helped me was pretty rude and overall was not pleasant at all.

After calling and locating an available used engine for my 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe, I called back to possibly purchase, the OWNER asked who was going to swap engines. After telling him a technician two hours away from them (where I live) quoted doing job for me, owner offered to do the job at same price. He then reminded me that the 30 day warranty would be on part AND labor if they did the work. Since I’m 2 hrs away, this sounded like the wise thing to do. They required my credit card # so they could put in there labor line that would be 2 weeks. I did so and offered to bring car to them in a few days so they could readily begin when my turn came. They preferred my waiting till they called me since their parking was very limited. After keeping in touch with them as 2 weeks approached , they informed me that they didn’t even have there car to remove engine from. Then, after fourth week was approaching, they called saying it was removed and ready to pick up. I then asked when I could bring car to them. They were surprised about having to swap engines. I then got a call back saying that they didn’t have anyone there qualified to do so. Luckily for me local tech would still consider doing the job. I then traveled 4 hours(2 each way) to get engine. My local shop proceeded unloading engine on my arrival and noticed oil pan was damaged, not fresh, probably from car accident that it came from. I took and attached picture. They received my approval to use to good pan from engine being removed. (For additional labor cost) Approaching completion to finish job, my tech notified me that there were some hook up differences between engines. He then reviewed serial number from replacement engine. It came from a KIA , same type engine but i was not informed of this before buying or at time of purchase. This caused me more labor expenses. Before driving 4 more hours returning with engine core that i was initially charged for I called to report damage to oil pan ( part of the purchased engine) I was to by OWNER that no labor reimbursement was be considered. Bottom line….this was one of the worse purchasing practices I have ever experienced!

The service was standard here. Just cut and dry. They asked me what I wanted, they had it, I bought it. No pleasantries, just business. Anywhere else, I would say the customer service was lacking but for a business like this... That's what you want. If you're a mechanic or just working on your own vehicle at home, all you want is to get what you need and get back to work under the hood. This place is all about that. They will also deliver your part for you. I'd recommend this place anytime.... If you want more interaction, wasted time, and a pat on the back, I'd go find another salvage yard

Never again should be 0 star Ordered a wheel said was new had a used one set out so they got a new one out guy matched up , got back was wrong size , wanted to charge me a return fee when it was not my fault . Definitely don’t recommend after we originally ordered it the one we ordered was supposed to be new , we show up you had a used one set out , we told you we wanted a new one , your employees confused my employee , after we called about the mistake and asked to just return it was told a restock fee . It originally a mistake by your employees. Not worth driving an hour each way for $97 rim when I can buy a brand new one from Ford for $91. Would consider a different vendor if anyone reads this.
