Expert Auto Parts are amazing, I ordered headlight assemblies for my daughter's car thats in the body shop getting painted, I didn't know that my daughter gave the body man permission to buy her headlights which I ordered from Expert, I emailed Oscar explained the situation and that I didn't need the lights, Oscar email me immediately and tried to stop the shipment but it already had left, so he was able to reroute it back to him, and also waived the restocking fee. I will continue to use Expert and share their store with my friends Once again Oscar thank you for your professionalism and your kindness God bless

I would give them no stars. They have lied to me time and time again about a part I purchased and yet to recieve. Four different times they told me my part was getting shipped out. I racked up 606.00 worth of rental fees. …
