I just want everyone to be aware my 1st time calling this company and the gentlemen answered the phone was unable to hear me at the minute I told him give me 1 second I'm gonna switch off my ear piece by the time I switched off the ear piece not even a few seconds later he has already hung up on me I called him back and asked him if you can hear me now he said yes sir I told him he didn't have to hang out with me that I was just trying to fix it so he can hear me he turned around stated he deals with over 300 plus customers A-day he don't have time to sit there and wait on the phone this is just poor customer service so due this they have lost my business just be aware people on the phone that answer are rude they need to change their customer service approach
