Drive In Truck Salvage

Don’t bother; called them to find a part. Instead of going through step by step what information he needed he just plainly hung up on me. When I called back he swore at me. Lay off the coffee or whatever is keeping you up for days

Could not reach them, then when I did they were poorly stocked. The previous owners had pride and frequently went to Corpus Christi to obtain inventory. They will be closed down soon if they keep o operating as they are presently doing.

Very rude, called to ask if they had any dashboard panels for a 2008 chevy .and the lady said we don't do that only keys n ignitions! In a fast speed and hung up on me!

I just want everyone to be aware my 1st time calling this company and the gentlemen answered the phone was unable to hear me at the minute I told him give me 1 second I'm gonna switch off my ear piece by the time I switched off the ear piece not even a few seconds later he has already hung up on me I called him back and asked him if you can hear me now he said yes sir I told him he didn't have to hang out with me that I was just trying to fix it so he can hear me he turned around stated he deals with over 300 plus customers A-day he don't have time to sit there and wait on the phone this is just poor customer service so due this they have lost my business just be aware people on the phone that answer are rude they need to change their customer service approach

Great place awesome service went to put on a door handle on my truck I was in and out in 30 minutes at driving truck customer comes first been doing business with With them since 1987

Billy offered me $300 more than any of the other salvage yards in town for my 2002 F-150 XL. He has amazing customer service. If you have a truck to salvage, don't go to anyone else but Billy.
