Came here with my family to sell our car and the salesman rob was so rude. He didn’t even acknowledge us. And then the entire time had a nasty attitude. Please avoid this rob at all costs! Customer service at his old age he should be more than aware of how he should act!. He needs maybe a training class.

Went there expecting to pull an engine myself or have them pull it. Unfortunately, they will pull engines and/or transmissions when they feel they can make a higher profit instead of allowing the customer to do it, and then charge 2–3× the normal cost listed on their price sheet. ****MY RESPONSE TO CHESTERFIELDS REPLY BELOW**** The workers advised that I speak with the manager on duty. The manager on duty specifically told me that they pull the engines themselves. They believe they can make more money by pulling the engines and setting them upfront by the double doors, rather than allowing customers to pull them. Whoever left the response below should have a conversation with the manager on duty who I spoke with on 02/07/2026 at 9:46 AM, as the information provided does not match what I was told directly. I will gladly return to purchase the engine at your advertised prices on your website and not the 1400 dollars you have posted above the engine on the wall. 8 cylinder engine $230.00 Core $60.00 Fee for the yard to pull $160.00 Warranty for 90 days $50.00 Total= $523.00 ( Unless tax equals $877.00 something isn't adding up)

I will visit this business many more times in the future. You tell an employee at the entrance what part you are looking for and receive a "receipt" advising where a close match for the vehicle with said part. They add a core charge for alternators etc so I will remember to bring a core on my next visit.

Warnings on how to deal with these people. First, understand that most of the vehicles are just thrown around on the lot and are either dangerous to touch, or propped up on the frames in a way you can't remove most suspension parts. When you pay, MAKE them mark your parts. They'll try to send you out the door with a receipt and when you return the part they refuse it because they didn't mark it. Always pay with cash. If you use it a card, it'll take days or weeks to get your money back. 10 years ago it was a great place, but now it's a last resort you avoid at all costs

Bring your tools to remove parts. Good prices. Genito road is the truck facility. You can look up what vehicles they have on line

CAP is my go-to salvage yard for all of my used part needs. They know exactly what they have and where it is, and can lookup interchange details for you. The yard is very clean, and all of the vehicles are up on stands providing easy access for part removal. Bring your tools, and take home a bargain!

Pretty decent junkyard they have 3 locations so you are bound to find what you need eventually. They put there inventory online so you can see what's out in the yard too.
