C & K Auto Parts

I work at a dealership in Arkansas. We got some aftermarket parts from these guys and they were awesome to deal with from beginning to end. We had to warranty a part and they went above and beyond to make sure we were paid and overnighted us another part. This industry needs more people like this who care. Bryan helped me get everything sorted along the way and Matt Cotten helped us get paid on the warranty claim in the end. Awesome company to work with and real professionals working there. Thanks guys.

Always a pleasure. Communication is top notch and the one time we did have a warranty issues it was taken care of promptly. Strongly suggest partnering with C&K. We have partnered with them through our Factory Motor Parts store and have …

I had to have my transmission replaced, and it took four separate attempts before one finally worked. That alone should have been a red flag, but I was trying to be patient. I was told by Scott that if I needed a rental while my truck was in the shop, that would be covered. I only ended up renting a vehicle once — during the last transmission replacement — because I had a trip planned and needed a truck to tow my boat. The rental cost me $1,900 for 18 days. After weeks of trying to get in touch with someone (finally reaching Mack), I was told they only reimburse $35/day, which is completely unrealistic for any rental, let alone a truck. I submitted the receipt anyway and only received $630. This left me out of pocket for over $1,200, all while dealing with four transmission replacements that should never have happened in the first place. They made promises they didn’t stand by, delayed communication, and in the end, left me holding the bag. If you're told rental reimbursement is available, get it in writing and clarify exactly how much they cover. Also, be prepared to deal with delays, poor customer service, and zero accountability. I won’t be using this company for parts again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

C&K Auto Parts is always great to work with. They have great customer service and response time. They have taken great care to see that our needs have been taken care of, and they have an awesome warranty program.

They were a GMC dealer as well - liberty buick GMC. 2019 xl I bought with 87k miles. Thank God I bought the extended warranty.
