Inquiry about specific parts or entry fees before arrival is recommended to ensure a smooth visit. Core charge refunds are typically processed upon return of the old part.

At Blue & Gold Auto Salvage, customers can typically purchase parts in two main ways. For many smaller items, it may be a self-service system where you bring your own tools to remove the part directly from a vehicle in the yard. For larger or more complex items like engines or transmissions, they often provide full-service removal by their staff. It is always best to call ahead to confirm the availability of your desired part and the specific purchase procedure.
Does Blue & Gold Auto Salvage buy junk cars?Yes, Blue & Gold Auto Salvage buys junk cars and other end-of-life vehicles. They offer cash for vehicles, often including free towing services within their local service area. Owners should be prepared to provide proof of ownership, such as a title, to complete the transaction legally. Contact them directly for a quote based on your vehicle's make, model, year, and condition.
What is the warranty policy for used parts? The warranty policy for used parts at Blue & Gold Auto Salvage generally involves an exchange option rather than a full refund, typically within a specific timeframe after purchase. Customers should clarify the exact terms, including any potential core charge refunds, at the time of purchase. Parts are sold in 'as-is' condition, but most reputable yards offer a short-term exchange for defective items, ensuring customer satisfaction with functionally critical parts.

Blue and Gold picked up my old Ford Escape and gave me top dollar. It was hassle free and the driver Robert was awesome. Bye 2002 rust bucket. Thank you B&G

It is very easy to navigate. Staff was friendly. The plain clothed yard monitors were comical. They were easy to pick out as they were the only ones not actually looking for parts. They were dangerously close to stalking. They quoted me $375 for a running driving car (Kia Soul), which I know is a popular car for parts. I'm all for making money, but you guys need to be more fair with your offers. I fixed this car for $800 (including paint) and sold the car for $3500 Update- If there are no monitors in the yard, then you may potentially have people stalking customers. I suppose when I said it was a running and driving car, it would be an assumption of delivery. So if there is little hope of selling parts? Then why do you focus so heavily on advertising the sale of parts? I understand operating a business for the purpose of profit. There is still a way to be fair and still make money.

Very easy to get around, knowledgeable staff that provides friendly service! My first visit to a junkyard and they made it easy of a man. I forgot to tell me I could take a car so I didn’t have to carry everything back!

This place is pretty cool. Has an awesome online inventory tool. It's always better to call. Most of the guys working there seem to be as if they dont want to talk to people but once they start talking they are all, so far, pretty cool and helpful. Its a gamble on if then parts you need are actually there. Overall its the best around that area and the return policy is pretty great. The map system they give in person is very helpful. I go there fairly often.

Horrible experience. The cars are stripped out. Theres nothing left. The old man at the door, gives me a list of cars that doesn't even match my search. Charges 2$ a person to go in there which is fine. But if you come here, dont come. By your parts on line.

Very reasonable pricing, VAST Inventory, and good customer service. I think Denise knows my face now from coming in so often. If you need something chances are they have it, or at least the car. Scored some things for my moms car and my personal vehicle to upgrade them. Thanks again!
