What a joke. Sales team seemed pretty good... Until the moment after they take your money. Then what? No communication. No information. No explanation. I ordered a lift-gate and bumper to Milwaukee for pick up by a driver as I'm located in Madison and they don't deliver to residential. After almost a dozen unreturned calls to my sales rep, Joe attempting get an invoice number for the driver to reference upon pick up, I was left with nothing. No proof of purchase. I also asked to see the total invoice as I made a partial payment over the phone for a deposit and needed to send the driver with the correct amount of money so the parts could be released to him. I never received an invoice number. Eventually I was briefly told over the phone what the total amount due was. The driver shows up in Milwaukee the day after I'm informed the parts are available for pickup only to find out the lift-gate glass was shattered during transport along with some various other blemishes. Both parts were grade A parts when sold. The driver also inform me that the yard manager in Milwaukee inform Joe of this mishap when it arrived the previous day but me being the customer was not informed of this. Additionally, I repeatedly asked for the metal bumper reinforcement to be included with the bumper, or sold as a separate piece. I was assured over the phone all parts relating to the rear bumper assembly would be included. It was not. There is plastic bumper reinforcements, however the metal support bar that mounts to the body of the vehicle, which I specifically explained and asked for was not included. After being offered to have replacement lift-gate sourced, I eventually declined and opted for a refund. We still took the trunk however I wished I had advocated for a full refund for the waste of time, unprofessional and lack of communication, as well as missing parts that were specifically asked for. Save yourself the hassle, take your business elsewhere.

I’d give em no stars if I could - ordered a piece over the weekend with them, told it’d be here Monday and I’d get a call. I had to call them a 5 days after Monday just to hear “oh yeah it’s ready”. Dude name Miko was supposed to call NEVER DID - then I get there and Estaban at the front desk won’t even acknowledge me standing there while he’s on the phone with a customer , then some random dude comes from the back just playing with his hands 🙃 crazy part is I originally offered to come and pick it up from the Milwaukee location that day and they said I’d still have to wait 😒

Owner of Sortos Auto Sales here, I have been buying consistently from bionic for more than 10 years at this point. Their customer service is always great! I’m always greeted with kind, respectful, and helpful people. They are very considerate, and are very true to their word. Parts and employees are VERY reliable. I recommend bionic auto parts to all of my customers because the quality of their used auto parts are always the best.

They say they give 6 month warranty but they gave us a bad transmission twice and every time we call they transfer us to our sales rep that doesn’t answer the phone and we called them multiple times trying to get help from someone other than the sales guy (Chris) and they say they can’t, it has to be the sales guy . Chris has not been helpful at all he doesn’t answer his calls EVER we’ve been trying to reach him for the past 2 weeks. Will not be doing business with them ever again. Highly recommend not to deal with them if you’re looking for a headache free experience. We spent $1500 for the transmission and labor on top of that and still in the same spot we were in the beginning.

I’ve been running A body Shop and mechanical business for over 25 years and there’s only a few places. What about Post from one of them is bionic. I never had any issues with anything customer service. The best parts are the best. I recommend them 100%. I’ve been dealing with Christian Ozuna All years

I would give a negative rating if I had the option. This location has extremely irresponsible employees—avoid it at all costs. They mislead customers and provide false information. I was looking for a specific bumper and called this location, where an employee named Miko answered. He informed me that the bumper I needed was at a different location in Milwaukee. He said I couldn’t inspect it in person but assured me that if I paid half the amount, they could ship it to their Chicago location for pickup. Since I had no other option, I agreed to the terms and made the payment. During our call, I clearly told Miko that I was coming from Ohio to Chicago just to pick up this bumper. I specifically asked if there were any issues with it, to which he responded that everything was fine except for a few minor scratches. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the purchase. However, after picking up the bumper and bringing it home, I discovered that it was dark brown instead of black, as I had requested. Worse yet, the fog lamp holders on both sides were broken—something Miko never mentioned. When I called him to address these issues, he denied ever discussing the bumper’s condition and abruptly ended the call in the middle of our conversation. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this location.
