I deleted my original review because I was maaaad. But let me sum it up. Bought two coils from them. I had a feeling they gave me the wrong ones. I questioned the model number but they assured me it would fit. Told me I could get a return if they don’t work. Came back the next day and duh guess what, they didn’t keep their word (you read our signs!?) then they gave me a $40 credit which i was pissed off because I had $75 dollars in my account till the end of the month. Now!? well we ain’t gonna talk about that. Let’s just say I cant eat 🙁 Well I drove off with the credit and was more mad the closer I got home. Drove back and made a fuss. Let’s just say this would be a very sour review but he made it up cuz he gave me a new tire in exchange for the return. But if I didn’t need a new tire I’d be really mad for having bought two coils that were wrong with the last $40 I had in my account. Lesson. Don’t buy coils. Don’t change the spark plugs, trouble shoot the coils first by switching them. Would have had $200 if I followed this protocol. Welp beginners gotta learn 🤷🏽♀️

Run away from this place. Don't shop here, don't leave your money here. They are scammers. They sell the parts knowing they're bad, and then they give you a thousand excuses to replace them. Once they take your money, they won't give it back. Run away from this dump. They're not honest at all.

Ha I was thinking as I read the reviews and saw the one five star review from James Hale, that he must be an employee then I got further along and see where the girl says “thanks James, you were very helpful” so probably safe to say that’s his gf giving the only other positive review on this dump!

Man with a Spanish accent told me “we have another location check them out!” Had called again 15 minutes later and another man answers stating there is no other location. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

SCAMMERS..I WAS ABOUT TO SEND THEM 1200 DOLLARS FOR NOVA PARTS..ASKED FOR THEM TO FACETIME ME SO I COULD SEE THE PARTS..THEY SAID SEND MONEY FIRST..NOPE.LOL.THEN THEY BLOCKED..I REALLY HOPE YOU READ THIS AND DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY TIME OR PATIENCE..SCAMMERS!!!

Lady on the phone was very short and rude. She interrupted me while I was naming the part I'm looking for to say they don't have it before I could finish giving any details. Then she promptly hung up. Terrible costumer service. I'm glad it was apparent before I got any further into my search.

Claimed they had multiple of the vehicle I was looking for on the phone ended up having none and got an attitude with me when I asked in person. This place might as well be listed as a drug den, 0 stars.

Called in day before to assure they had what I was looking for. Went in the next day and now they don't. Wasn't sold, I checked, bad recording of parts, sloppy office, would have to be something I desperately need if I were to go back to this place. Recommend browning auto parts
