Allstar Auto Salvage

The guy acting like he owned. The place was very short and rude like I didn’t belong there made me feel very uncomfortable like he knew it all he’s been doing this for 20 years. You guys know the type spent $1000 missing pieces I’m not the one to argue and I’m pretty sure he wasn’t gonna give me back my money

Purchased a used transmission from Allstar. Initial phone contact was great, wasn't put on hold and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. Upon pickup, I found friendly office staff, a clean lot and office, and didn't have to trip over a bunch of parts to get loaded out. The transmission turned out as described, a nice, clean used unit, and shifts great! Will definitely be doing business with Allstar Auto in the future!

By far the best used auto parts yard ive had the pleasure of doing business with. I've been to a lot of salvage yards and im telling you now this one is by far the best one ive been to highly recommend great customer service

This was my first visit to Allstar auto salvage, I was impressed on how clean the parking lot was, once inside, I was impressed by how clean the place was. The staff was very polite and friendly. …

The customer service was very kind, informative, very willing to help out, reasonably priced, answered what questions we ask. Nice people to deal with.

I call and ask for a door for a Ford Escape of paint code UG and he tells me he has it and it's 250. You get there and he insists that you said a Ford focus and the price for the door is now 300 because it's for an escape... He knows I said a Ford Escape I'm certain I said the model multiple times and I've never once called about a focus and you can't confuse the two names it's just not possible. Looking at his stock on car-part it doesnt even seem he has a focus with that paint code so idk... I hate to be rude and I've never written a bad review but when you make an hour drive only to have people pull that stuff just to squeeze you for an extra $50 that's pretty un-cool. Was hoping this would be a good new parts source but that experience soured me to doing business in the future...

Visited here January 2025. I called ahead and asked if they had the correct part for my vehicle. They asked verifying questions. I picked them up the next day, they helped me put the rims know my car and totally satisfied.

Sold us a "grade A " transmission.. dropped the pan and it was completely burned up and falling apart. Trash! We drove 3 hrs and was promised it was good. Go anywhere else, these guys don't know what grade A means I guess.

Good deals and I enjoy the ride there

Avoid this place like the plague they will drop off your trans but won't take your old trans. The rude counter guy states we are small shop we can't take your old trans, But we going to charge you a core charge. Make this make sense...
