Cook's was very helpful in getting me my elusive windshield wiper linkage/transmission with motor. These are out of stock new or not sold at all anymore online by most of the places I buy from. The dealership is the only place you are able to get both still connected so you don't have to worry about separating the motor and getting the new one on. Purchased a replacement axle after my original pinion gear fried. The axle I needed was located out of town, and there was no problem to have it delivered at my requested salvage yard. So far put a 100 miles on the replacement with no …

I've had a very positive experience with Cooks Auto Parts. Both Kevin & David provided excellent customer service, including friendly conversation and expedited shipping. I expect to receive my used auto part on Tuesday. Hopefully, it will be the correct one. Marcus

Great experience. I waited several months to post this review to make sure the alternator worked more than a few weeks. It's been at least six months and still working. Will go back for other parts.

Ordered a climate control panel from a 2017 Grand Caravan . David took care of my order and shipped the same day and the part arrived the next day . Was exactly as described and worked perfect. Highly recommend Cooks Auto Parts

I had an excellent experience at Traverse Auto Parts. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. The prices were very reasonable, and the parts were in great shape— much better …

Bought a VW 2.0 engine sight unseen but the listing claimed in good condition. Price was very reasonable. Pick up was professional, helping me load into the back of Suburban. Didn’t want to take my trailer and bounce it all the way home. Came with all the top air intake that I needed, fuel rail and injectors, coolant pump, etc. Will definitely check with them for any future needs.

Fast delivery, ordered Monday & got my item Wednesday! Truck radio fit perfectly & worked great! I gladly recommend purchasing here!
