From what we can tell, the price we paid matches the work that was done, . However, it took 7 whole days to get my car serviced. My husband called the shop daily starting on day 2, and each time, we were given the run around. We dropped the car off with a specific issue identified, and there was no communication with any additional issues that were serviced. My husband and I spent almost as much in car rental fees as it cost to fix the car. Though i trust the work is solid, we were not impressed with the lack of communication. When my husband commented on how long it took to get the car back, he was told that the assumption was that the car wasn't needed. That assumption was never clarified, and was told "you couldn't have texted us", making it his fault that we were uninformed. I am happy to have my car back, however we will not be taking my car back to this shop for any future issues.

Very fast, great service, down to earth people just like you and me, do don't hesitate to ask any questions on repair, what's going wrong next with your vehicle, price etc. It'll give you a little time to save up some money to get it fixed. Talk E.J. tell him Kathy sent you, Carl's friend, he'll know who I am. Thanks guys and has gals.
