If I could give less stars, I would. This place is highly unprofessional and rude. They answer the phone while still having conversations with other people in the background and then get mad at you when you don’t say hello back. I called to see if they had a part for a 2001 car and the man on the phone gave me a song and dance about how it would take too much time for him to go and pull the part and how he would have to charge me if he had to pull the part and how that was a bother for him as well. I had to finally level with the guy and say that I would pay for him to get the part and that’s when he agreed to go and look to see if he had the part. I called back later (2 1/2hours later) and got the same type of answer on the phone but this time with a woman who then cut me off for me to talk to the same guy from before. He was condescending and told me he needed time to go and look at his junkyard to even see if he had the part and that he would call me back in 30 minutes. I write this review 1 1/2 hours past my second call and the store is already closed. Don’t do business with these people.

Highly irresponsible business people. Rude, unprofessional, exploitation and lack of value for parts bought there. They keep me waiting for days after paying for parts and kept lying the parts are being pulled. How do you pull parts not engine or transmission, not quarter panel for 4 days. This is the worst junk yard i have ever being to in 6years.

Look past the clutter and you’ll find the nicest, most helpful folks in town. They helped us when my daughter had a wreck, they had all we needed for a great price. I highly recommend A&I Auto. They go above and beyond for their customers.

This place is a disaster, trying to make you buy more items off a car so it makes it “worth it” for them to disassemble. Showed up at 5 to pick up everything I ALREADY PAID FOR and they tell me they ordered the wrong windshield and 2 of the 3 parts I wanted are cracked, even though they had an A condition rating. Complete waste of my time and money.

If you value your money don’t go here. Husband ended up repairing his self. When he got it back nothing was done other than horn now not working. Paid for an alignment that was never done. Body work from crash fixed but all mechanical issues CANT do of their life depended on it.
