Called twice to verify part was there. Showed up and the part wasn't available.. yet alone the vehicle. So pretty much wasted my time and $20 for a lyft. They were nice enough to give me an address of a place that had it.

I’ve been using A Plus for the last 15 years with no issues. The business is local family owned, polite, and very knowledgeable. The owners are detailed and courteous when you call to check for parts. They also test all the parts they sell and even explain the risks if you tell them wrong information about your car. I appreciate them taking time to go above and beyond to help me each time I’ve bought from them. My mechanic and I will continue shopping here.

I was pleased to find the grille that I needed here after scouring all of the other yards in the area. I walked in and was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. I told him what I was looking for and he said that he actually had two up in the attic. He took both grilles down and let me pick the one that I wanted. Very fair price and respectful individual. I highly recommend!

I wouldn’t even give it a star. The person attending the calls tried to charge me more than what their system says and told me if I took out the part MYSELF he can leave it for the price as the system already had. Our customer gave wrong part information and now I can’t return it without getting charge extra and couldn’t get a receipt without getting charged extra as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

In response to the only review in 22 years in business. Any complaints we have had have been taking care with customer satisfaction in mind. We are in the used auto part business, policies for: Returns- Warranties - and As is, are posted on the wall as well as the receipt the customer receives. I can only apologize if you believe we hung the phone up on you. But if this did occur it was not done on purpose. I'm not sure how you can state we will rip you off. The decision to buy a part is solely up to the customer and no one else. We quote the price to you and you decide if you want. If you are the customer who wanted to by$ 750.00 worth of parts for $350.00 and we didn't except it. How fair is it to call it bad service.
