It was a great experience working with Wise Auto when I needed to replace my driver side door. I found them on car-part.com and then I called ahead and they were able to pull the part for me days before I arrived. I let them know I was on my way day of since I was coming from an hour+ away and they had the door ready soon after I arrived. The staff went above and beyond and helped me get it loaded into my car since it was heavy and did not fit in the trunk as I hoped it would. I thought I would have to go buy ratchet straps but the staff ran inside and got some old seat belts to get everything safely secured. Then they also recommended a safer route home than the highway. The prices were very much on par with and lower than other junkyards in the area. Overall fantastic experience and I would come back!

Went to pick up a Dodge grill today but due to an unforseen problem on my end I couldn't wait for them to pull it since they were short handed today. Jerry called later today and said he had go to Dayton so he brought it along with him and I met him which saved me a two hour drive Monday, Excellent quality part, very reasonable price and I have to say OUTSTANDING customer service, Thanks again

Just purchased a 4.6 liter engine for my 2002 Lincoln town car with 105,000 miles for $500 and I couldn’t be happier! Great engine and Wise’s got it pulled from the wrecked car they had asap! Definitely recommend this place! Top notch!
