Firstly, let me start out with their prices. Make sure you do your homework before buying from this company. After a heated discussion with the owner, I contacted my dealership only to be told that the last couple purchases I made I paid double what I would’ve paid from ordering directly from the dealership, if that doesn’t tell you a lot? Secondly I have not received very good customer service. The owner of the company is extremely rude. Every time I’ve ever called I’ve been nothing but POLITE and he has made me feel less than. As a woman is hard enough to call and speak to men about parts more less to have a man treating you like you’re beneath him. I hope this review helps the next person, male or female for that matter. Response: Not that my wife needs me to step in here, however, I want to clear the air for your VERY small audience! 140 reviews for a company that’s been in business 20+ years doesn’t say a lot for you. Out of those 140 reviews, 1/3 of them(Based on the email naming conventions, it appears the majority of these individuals are women) all stated they were verbally attacked by an older man. It sounds to me like you’re the one who’s had a lot going on. My philosophy is it’s never too late to change, but I have this feeling you’re an older version of a KAREN and besides feeling empowered by treating women like their beneath you, you need to make up for POOR foot traffic by increasing prices way above the retail cost. I would encourage anyone reading this review do their research before buying on your website.

Bill thinks he can tell people what to do like you owe him something. Do not buy anything from these unprofessional clowns. Bill can barely handle a tough conversation and he can’t seem to be proactive in doing anything you’ve requested and blames the customer. Real class act, 40 years in the business and still a laughing stock. Earned himself a complaint to the BBB. Sorry Bill, but when so many reviews claim the same thing, you’re probably the problem big guy.

Excellent place for parts and expert advice. These are very experienced mechanics. William was able to diagnose my issue over the phone. I can't recommend them enough.

I been going for 40 years. Best place in the USA for parts and a easy afternoon. I always want to stay and look around. Best counter crew but they like Hershey kisses and soda pop. Just saying.

Voluparts is my first stop when parts shopping for my '04 S60 with 80K miles.. Prices are very competitive but for me customer service is where Voluparts really stands out above the rest. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Edison on more than one occasion. Whether it be just advice or steering me in the right direction trying to locate parts, I've always gained more knowledge of my P2 Volvo doing business with Voluparts.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and just about everything in stock for your Volvo. No drama with purchasing or shipping and part was an exact fit. Kind of the way it should be in the first place.

I am a weekend mechanic, and there is not much I haven't done. The biggest issue nowadays is finding quality parts at a decent price. The service was spot on and the parts arrived faster than I expected. The parts were OEM+ quality and much less than a dealer. 5 stars all around
