Bait and switch. Do not buy radios from them, they use incorrect photos and they ship you wrong radios and do not offer refunds for anything

Don't ever recommend VELDMANS AUTO PARTS , ordered my part Friday around noon and still is not here from their OWN trucks & PROMISED ME TODAY. If told me it was coming just from Three Rivers, I would of got it myself Friday or ordered it …

This shop is scam I purchased a car radio online it wasn’t match my car radio when I was trying to return in within 10 days they refused the return terrible customer service. Don’t recommend this shop to any one .buy from eBay better .

The part i needed was located and shipped within a day to their store for local pickup thanks to Nick in the sales department for making it a quik and easy process.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I purchased a transmission from them, set up for a shipping company to come pick it up and they denied the driver to pick up the transmission after I paid for it. So now I'm out $200 for shipping that I have to pay for a dry freight run. They canceled my order before even giving me a chance to figure out another way to get it. This is an absolutely insane way to do business. Be very cautious dealing with this company!!!!

Called ahead to make sure parts was there on hand, got there and paid and waited half hour to be told it's not there. Had to go back next day to get the part. Honesty would have been better. Doubtful I'd buy from them again.

ERICA AT VELDMANS IS TOP NOTCH IN SERVICE, SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO GET MY HARDTOP SHIPPED TO ME. THE TOP WAS WELL WRAPPED AND SHIPPED QUICKLY. HIGHLY RECOMENDED
