Paid $400 for a custom alternator that failed within months. The guys at United quickly found what I needed for my jeep wrangler and I was back in business for less than $65! These guys know their parts! Super friendly too!

I got a transmission from them, works good. While taking my old one back to get core charge refund, my car started to overheat and Irfan was nice enough to help me figure out that it was just the radiator needing water/coolant, so he filled it with water for me to be able to get where I needed. Come in with a good attitude and you will receive that back.✅

This place is terrible. I bought a $3k used engine from them and over 4 months full of ducking and dodging my calls and dragging their feet and just excuses up the wall. I towed my car back there 3 times because their engine that they …

Talk about superb customer service! Ishmael, the owner of this establishment, truly went above and beyond to ensure we received the perfect part, even providing a generous 3-month warranty. His son, Abraham, was equally kind-hearted, making our experience all the more memorable. My father and I are deeply grateful for having had the pleasure of meeting both of them. They are wonderful people offering top-quality parts—if you’re in need, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

The way my car was treated was DISGRACEFUL. Shady practice that uses a shady mechanic. Whatever they “fixed” never got fixed. Got so sick of dealing with these guys I wound up paying carmax thousands to take it off my hands after just paying thousands for this shop to fix it. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

People here were very helpful. Great quality parts all around. Even if they don’t have what you’re looking for in their inventory… they will still help you find it no matter what!

Ordered a part from Robert. It was shipped in a shoebox with very thin cardboard and no packaging material so when I opened the box, not surprisingly, the part was damaged. I sent it back because it was a small but expensive part, $260. I called him to ask for my refund after he got it back and he refused to refund me because they don't offer refunds on electrical parts. Guess what? If you shipped it in a proper box with protective packing material the part would have arrived un damaged and we would have used the part. I can't even file a damage claim with UPS because you can't package something like this.

Called this establishment Looking for a cylinder head for a 2007 Hyundai Elantra, Sales man “BOZ” confirmed that the cylinder head was available. I asked if he could confirm and put his hands on the part because I would be driving 2 1/2 …
