I contacted Union Auto Wreckers weeks before my visit and was quoted $106 for a steel rim. One thing I genuinely appreciated was that when I came in on the 9th, they already had my vehicle information saved even though I never left a deposit. The front-desk gentleman honored the exact price we discussed, and that part of the process felt organized and professional. While I was paying on the 9th, though, a worker from the back (not office staff) kept joking loudly with the employees behind the desk. At one point he mentioned something about a staff member’s weight, along with other comments I didn’t really pay attention to because I was focused on my transaction. The issue wasn’t just what he said — it was how he kept looking at me after every joke, almost waiting for me to laugh or react. I didn’t find it funny and chose not to entertain it. When I walked out with my receipt, that same worker followed out and started asking me what I got and how much I paid, which felt unnecessary and intrusive. As far as timing, I want to be clear that I wasn’t rushing anyone or demanding a specific pickup time. The staff were the ones who told me the rim would be in “tomorrow” (the 10th) and that they would call me. Around noon on the 10th, after not receiving a call, I phoned them just to get a ballpark idea because I had errands to run. I was again told it would arrive that afternoon and that I’d get a call — but no call ever came. I’m not stressing over it too much, but because I expected that call, I held off on a few things I needed to do so I could stay nearby and be ready, which threw my plans off a bit. On the 11th, they finally called around 8:30 a.m., and the rim itself was correct and ready, which I do appreciate. Overall, the accurate pricing and record-keeping were strong positives, but follow-through on promised calls and keeping the environment professional around customers would really improve the experience. Thank you, Union Auto Wreckers, for the service — overall you guys did a great job in my eyes. I highly recommend Union Auto Wreckers, and I believe it’s important to leave honest reviews because it helps other customers and also helps the staff grow. Every little bit counts, and that’s the honest truth.

I needed a front windshield wiper and linkage assembly so my mechanic called here to get a quote for a used part. He was told it was $50. When I arrived 2 days later I was told it was $50 for the motor and $65 for the remaining part. I purchased just the motor but decided to check online for the part. I found it new and fully assembled on amazon for $110. It was not fair to charge $115 for a used unassembled part. I was aware there was a restocking fee for returns. I lost money and time returning this part. I also do not recommend using zelle to pay. It took hours for them to return my money because only the manager can do it. The price for a part varies depending on who's asking and it just wasn't fair. The last person I spoke to on the phone did provide good customer service and ensured I got my money back. Update: The product I purchased on Amazon was the complete product I asked for in the first place. Which again, you gave a cheaper quote to my mechanic. Please address the discrepancy in pricing before telling me to research. I did my research and brought that part right back to your location because I was overcharged and still did not have what I needed to complete the job. Thankfully my wipers are working perfectly with my amazon part.

Nick was awesome! I’ve never had to really deal with an accident and collision repair before. But my daughter’s car was totaled and he helped walk me thru the steps to take care of everything. Great guy and really made dealing with a difficult situation that much easier.
