U-Pull-It Auto Parts, inc.

Was on hold for an hour, done lots of business in the past with them but it’s disappointing, specifically the supreme auto side of things. Just needed to get a quote.

Cars were all pretty new. Very well organized and as clean as it can be.Had a few hand washing stations that werevery convenient. Also liked that they gave FREE water bottles to customers. Highly recommend 👌 Only thing I complain about if I had to would be wear bug repellant because there was a ton of Bees and spiderwebs but that was to be expected. Not really a place for small/young Children because of the obvious. cars propped upon Rims broken glass, car parts, etc. Otherwise it was a great place.

Went in for a part off of a honda it was a 100$ brand new i was looking for something cheaper and the clerk Gonzalez was super rude and tried to charge me 200$ for a used part when I could get it new for half as much absolutely ridiculous and the customer service was the worst Ive seen at one of these stores I will never be returning

I called them and asked them to save a spare part for me so that I could come on the weekend to buy it, I drove at 4 hours and I hear in response, sorry, we sold your spare part yesterday, Think twice whether to do business with such people!

Friendly staff , took csre if my needs and questions clean place. Lots of cars to get your parts.
