I called inquiring about a part that wasn't available near me so I drove from out of state. They were super helpful with ensuring the part was in the right condition and still available after a week. Highly recommend!

This place is extremely disorganized and poorly run. I sold them a vehicle near their location while I was out of state. They agreed to pick it up after receiving the title, which I mailed the same day. About 10 days later, I started following up—no response from the person who arranged the deal (an owner). Calls to the main office went nowhere; after 30 minutes they claimed they never received the title and told me to call back later. I did—same result. Days passed with no pickup, and the vehicle sat at the lot racking up storage fees. Now the title is lost, the vehicle was never picked up, and I can’t even sell it because I no longer have the title. Dealing with them has cost me time, money, and my ability to sell my own car. Every staff member I spoke to acted like they couldn’t care less—their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Completely unacceptable.

NEVER PURCHASE OR DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN! I went into Twin Lakes to get a Bose Amplifier for my suv. They took the order, I paid for it because they wanted payment before getting the part. I never left the establishment when I received a notification that the same part was $21 less on Ebay. When I approached the counter person named "JAV" to not take the part because I found it for less the told me "We don't match prices and he would have to charge me a RESTOCKING FEE" !!! How are you going to charge a RESTOCKING FEE and I never took possession of the part off their property! This is a RIPPING off process and concept that shows you how GREED has taken over this World!! There customer service is HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL Mannerism! STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! SPREAD THE WORD! This wasn't explained to me before I paid for the part! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
