The rudes people I've ever come across. We had a question regarding an R. V, and no one ever got back to us. It was 2 days. It was an emergency. We had to get rid of it and no one ever bothered to come by or call. And when I call the company, the man hung up on me. Very rude service. I would not recommend them whatsoever.

A few years back I purchased a part that had the correct p/n on it in the web search I used. When I got there, they tried to give me a different one. I had to argue with the person at the counter, which ended up with me walking out to the vehicle in their yard and pulling the part myself to confirm I got the correct part, with the ACTUAL correct p/n. Purchased it and went home. Fast forward to the present. Called about a part that was listed as a specific one and asked for a picture to confirm it was correct. Was told they didn't have the time. Against my better judgement, I left work early and drove almost an hour to look at the part in person and sure enough, it was the wrong one. Maybe I should send them a bill for my hours and miles and charge 3.5% for a credit transaction on top of that for me to confirm that they listed it wrong in their system. Complete waste of my time. I'll be sure to avoid this place in the future, and suggest you do the same.

This company are crooks! I purchased a used engine, while I was there asked if it doesn't work can it be returned they said yea. Brought the engine and took it back to my mechanic. The mechanic said the enegine doesnt work. The mechanic and myself called Trilenium to let them know that we were returning the engine and asked first could they come pick it up, they said they do not come to NY. Called yesterday spoke with Ryan he said the owner would return my call. He never did. Called thr next day, they're goin to say there's no records of this and tried to tell me the engine works. It's a shame they would lie and try not to refund your money, selling bad items and not funding is a crime! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I will update this review with the results bc I'm going back there no more phone calls!

Horrible experience..Purchased a car that one day after the purchase the check engine light is on and it will not start. No one has been helpful or even apologized for the issues, they have actually been very rude...Will be filing a complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, maybe you will reply to them...Would give them zero stars if the system would let me

Called in advance on a Saturday to make sure they had the part in stock and that the part was in good condition before driving an hour to pick up the part on Monday. Drove an hour to pick up the part only to be told the part was in unusable condition. Thanks for wasting my time and money on fuel.
