We didn't know how to dispose of our vehicle and called Town and country for help. They responded promptly and and were extremely helpful. They also gave us a very reasonable price for our car. KC was great and picked up our vehicle within a few hours. They made the whole process so simple. Highly recommend them!!!

Very unprofessional experience. I called yesterday for a part and they gave me a clear price and told me it would be ready today. When I called back to confirm, suddenly they “didn’t know” and tried to act like the price they gave me was just a “suggestion.” After I reminded them of what they told me the day before, they changed the whole story and said they can’t do business with me anymore. Completely unorganized. This isn’t the first issue either. Previously, I bought seats from them and they gave me the wrong seats — all mismatched junk I had to drive three different times back and forth to try to fix their mistake. I really tried giving this place a chance, but every experience has been stressful and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend.

I went to buy a whole door there today. I wanted to make sure that the electronics worked because it still had the key in the car. The reason I wanted a door was because the electronics were bad and the locking system. They wanted to charge …

Carey and his crew are responsive, helpful, and we'll organized. When you think salvage yard you expect to see vehicles strewn about with grass growing up around them. Not here. Everything in rows and catalogued. They offer new parts as well!

I had a terrible experience with Town Country Auto Parts. I bought a door that was advertised as a specific color, but when it arrived it was completely different than what was listed. When I reached out to return it for a refund, they flat …

I called about a fender and asked if it was off the car. It was not I said I have a 30min drive. They said it’s plenty of time to pull it please call back when your on your way. I left work to take a long lunch called them and asked again if it would be ready. They assured me it would be. When I showed up they asked me questions about how to remove it. There tech comes in and they tell him to remove it. Clearly they didn’t even start to take it off. I had a frustrated look on my face but didn’t say anything. Then they ask everything good? I say quietly yea just trying to get back work. They got an attitude with me flashing their computer screen showing how busy they are. 35min later they had it off. If they actually started when they said they would I would have waited only 5min tops. No respect for peoples time and terrible communication skills. I find it important to support local family business but this is not something I recommend.

Nice family owned operation. My tail light on my truck broke and they were able to find me one at a very reasonable price. They can give you a quote right over the phone and save it in their computer to reference later.

Scam alert! Ordered a hood and fender in a listed color, got the wrong ones, and they refused a refund. Zero accountability — avoid Town Country Auto Parts at all costs.

I drove 40min to get here for a part without damage. It had damage, and they agreed to take $50 off & then someone came out & said No he's not willing to discount the part. Guys upfront were great. the owner wasn't. I don't want cheaper parts I came to buy it for the listed price. I want honest people, I didn't know it was damaged until I got there. Wasted 2hrs of my life.
