Always have what I need. If not they get it by end of day. I always deal with Josh but they all have been helpful everytime. My first and only call when I need parts for my rigs. Great people. Ask for Josh he knows his parts and is always respectful and patient.

If you are in the DFW area, and you are in need of Truck Parts, This is the place to come. My front rear end blew up on my T600 so I decided to go to a taller gear ratio from 3:91 to a 3:58, Brian is the go to guy for transmissions and rear ends, this guy really knows his stuff. Thank you Brian you have made me a customer for life.

BEST PLACE TO BUY BIG TRUCK PARTS! I needed a rear differential for my truck to make it Go faster. Now that thing is like a rocket ship. It also stopped overheating! If you need anything for a semi truck this is the place!!!

Not a good experience. The phone prices online are different from the prices in the store – it feels like they’re just guessing. Some customers get help quickly, but others (like me) are left waiting. I had a problem and waited a long time, and they couldn't even confirm if the part I needed was there. Also, I saw how they talk to people – even in replies, they act like they don’t care. One reply even said something like, “It’s my store, I do what I want.” That’s not how you treat customers.

Total waste of time unprofessional service they confirmed they had the parts over the phone and when I showed up I get held for hours so they look for it at the end it’s sorry we don’t have what you looking for that simple for them to waste your day

Great friendly folks. Drove over 300 miles to get there and were definitely welcomed with friendly service and all the guys were very knowledgeable about their work.
