If 0 stars was an option I would do that. I went in with my car and requested to have my side view mirror replaced. They provided me a quote and said they’d need to order the part as it was not in stock. We confirmed it would be black and that when the part came in I could come and drop off my car for install. A day later they called and said they misquoted me and that the part cost was for a used side view window and asked if I would like to keep that part for the price or pay an additional fee for a new part. Given that my car is older, I explicitly said “will the used part work (it has a camera), and will it match my car (black)?”, to which I was told, “yes”. So I said that’s fine we can use the current mirror ordered. When I arrived to drop off my car a few days later to have the mirror installed I was told my quote was only for material and not labor. When I indicated I had clearly asked for a quote for both, the manager said “Well you must not have, and since I wasn’t the one that rang you up it’s a he said / she said”. No apology for the miscommunication, and put the entire blame on me, even though my husband was with me and confirmed what we explicitly had asked for. When they quoted my the labor, since it seemed reasonable, I said fine we will proceed, and I’d pick my car up later. I received a call a few hours later and was asked “would you like to put the old car mirror cover on, or the new one?”. I asked why I would want the old broken one, and he said because the new one is green and my car is black. I said the guy who placed my order promised me it would match my car, and again, the manager stated “I wasn’t there so its he said she said”. At this point he has apologized zero times, blamed me for each mishap, and raised his voice to me. When I said my husband was with me and confirmed all the items I’ve said I communicated, he said he’d speak to my husband. He was much calmer to him, but still spoke very disrespectfully of me and had no accountability. I stated this would be the last time we go to them, we’d tell our friends not to go there, and we’d leave a review. He responded “that’s what you people always do”. Which means he’s absolutely been in this situation many times before. It can’t be coincidence. It is clear he has terrible customer service, a bad attitude, has no ownership on the training and actions of the employees under him, and likely has an issue with women. Don’t go to this business. There are plenty of others around.

Took my car to Pep Boys because my tire sensor kept indicating low air. They couldn't figure out why. I bought new tires and still the same problem. Took back to Pep Boys. They said they fixed it, but sensors came back on. So I took it to …

Brought my 2018 Tesla Model 3 this morning to fix a flat tire. They ended up taking my car in right when I got there, found the issue, and replaced my tire for a very fair price. I am grateful to have this place nearby!

I had a great experience here! They were kind and very quick with service. I had been putting off fixing my mirror because I was worried about the cost but they gave me a really fair price. Overall, I am really happy with the services and will definitely be back if I have other car issues in the future! Thank you!!

Good for a few days. The quality of their service/products is so bad. I got my breaks and rotors changed as well as my door handle, they both needed to be replaced AGAIN within 6 months. Would definitely not go again or recommend.

I have been going to Tiger Auto Parts & Repair for almost 40 year. I've always gotten prompt, courteous service at a fair price. Hector's wealth of knowledge and compassion for helping his customers is what keeps me going back as a customer.

I read the reviews and was a bit nervous. I’ve gotten parts from here in the past, but never had any work done . My aunt swore by them and only trusted them(Hector) with her cars. I didn’t know what was wrong and couldn’t really explain it. I called and told them that he said to bring it in and he’ll have someone ride with me to see what the problem was. Well don’t you know it didn’t happen. We rode for about fifteen minutes took it back to the shop. Hector told me to bring it back in the morning and leave it for about an hour and they will find out the problem, no charge. I did, and he did. He gave me a price and a time it would be finished. Just like that my car was done. I’m very happy. I’ve heard how Hector spoke and I can see how it can appear to be rude, but I did not experience that at all. In fact I think he was very polite and especially helpful with women customers. Being a women getting work done on your car not knowing if your getting ripped off or not means a lot. It wasn’t just me, while sitting waiting, I saw his interactions with several other customers. He was not rude and again extra helpful with the women making sure they understood what was what. I will be returning in the future and recommend this shop.

These guys were great and so sweet! Funny too! I went in with one issue, and they did such a good job that afterward I had them do a couple of other things for my car as well. They were honest about price and were super helpful. Broke …
