I called them trying to work for them, and he politely let me down, wasn't rude. I know a lot of times people will post when they have awful experience, and I was rather nervous about calling, but pretty nice over the phone.

I went to get a steering column a few months ago and after we got to installing realized we got the wrong one. He accepted it back and gave 100%money back. He's old and can not get around quickly, but he's honest and won't rip you off. I'm now in search of alero rims and he is slow but gonna check for me. I'm at home where it is cool waiting for him to call back. I'm happy with that.

Lack of professionalism and very low hygiene standards. I went for deliver a car for recycling after agreeing with Terry an week in advance. He never showed up nor returned my call. …

Barely any good parts here, all old cars, and owner was rude and really didn’t care about the business.

Called to ask if they would accept a boat and trailer. The boat had no engine and was left on property by tenants. When I told the person on the phone I wasn't sure what it was made from he said "I've got a number of someone who might" gave me the number and promptly hung up. Extremely rude and not great customer service at all.

Literally just called 5 seconds ago and wanted to ask about a specific car and the guy gave me an attitude for no apparent reason

It's what you expect from a salvage yard. Crusty old dudes hanging out solving the worlds problems and a ton of used parts. Owner is gruff but fair, insider tip... Bring cash and don't be afraid to haggle.

Didn't even try to look for my park I needed. Said oh your vehicle is to new go away. My part crosses several years of service. Needed a wheel rim
