Sounds kinda grumpy on the phone, but very helpful! I had been looking for a radio for my car everywhere, online, I even went all the way to Knoxville pull-a-part, and even the dealership didn't make the radio for my car anymore, and just by chance I called Strange's and they had the exact one I needed and wasn't going to charge an arm and a leg. To boot it already had the anti theft pin ready so I didn't have to call on the phone to get it before installing it or pay the dealership like $200 to do it which is highway robbery. I'm so greatful for their helpfulness, thank you guys if you see this!

These guys are true to their word. I bought a part and was pleasantly surprised that the quoted price included tax. Had a problem with the first part, they found me another and swapped it out, no hassles.

Terrible lazy service, I was asked to wait ,guy acted like I wasn't there right in my face . I left and won't be back, and unless you have time to wait for nothing I wouldn't recommend. You guys aren't paying for my time so...... ✌️

5 stars. I live in Ohio found a part I needed they just happen to have. Quick payment. Fast shipping. Would 100% buy again from them. Super nice.. wish all business transactions were like this. Grill was taken care of wrapped for shipping.

Terrible customer service. It’s near impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you finally do, they are very rude. I had to drive an hour to buy my part, then they said that it wouldn’t be ready for several days. About a week later they called me and said that the part was bad, so I had to come all the way back and get my money. I’m definitely not going to this yard again.

Called and got ahold of someone right away. They pulled the part I needed for me early the next day and had it ready and waiting. Part is in and is working fine as of now.

Awesome guys helped me over the phone a week ahead of time with placing a transmission on hold till I could make the drive. Then when I got there they made me a deal I couldn't walk away from for 2 transmissions so I'd have a backup! Great ppl and great service A+

These people are pretty prompt at finding you the part you need when you pay them $1,600 for a rebuilt transmission and it goes out again only 80 days after, they wanna say “sorry the warranty only covers up to 30 days”...Really?!? I just …
