story auto parts & service

I have been going there for 10 years and for Jose to give me a quote and then manipulated the hours of work needed. From 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours at $119.00 per hour. I talked to him. He didn’t acknowledge his wrong, just said okay. I told him I wanted my money back. I told him I would send a Zelle request. I also sent him the pictures. He did not respond to my Zelle request. He finally sent $100 4 months later! He lost me forever! 🤬👞💩 Not to mention he never found the leak in the transfer case!! PAY ATTENTION AND GET QUOTES!!!

My boyfriend took his dads truck to get the transmission replaced when he got it back it had scratches and dents on the back bumper. The truck had recently been painted so we know it had no scratches or dents and it’s kept in the garage. …

I Would Highly Recommend this Place. I Had a Brand New Engine installed in my 2009 Dodge Ram. The Service was Good and The Staff was Patient and Friendly.

I took my truck in and they still haven’t touch it I spoke with the owner on Monday he told me what was wrong with the truck gave me an estimate I told him I agree with the price and I told him to go ahead and order the parts for my truck he never did it’s been almost a week my truck has been sitting there

please do not take your car to this place. This auto shop has the WORST costumer service i've ever dealt with in my life!!
