SSF Imported Auto Parts LLC

This is the best European wholesaler. Have been doing business with SSF(formerly German Auto Parts) for over ten years. Every person I have spoke with is so kind and helpful. Cannot speak highly enough about Tom and Kevin. They have been …

Great prices, high quality, we have know Kevin for ages and he has done nothing but honest help. If you are a used car auto dealer, you should know staying away from German cars isnt always a bad idea when it comes to re-sale, but SSF make you so confident to buy as you no longer need to used the cheap quality autozone or advance auto parts or etc.... for German manufacturers because they simply can not compete with OEM parts quality, but guess what SSF can ! Thank you

The Pandemic did not stop this people from dishonest and careless practice. This sale was an intentional fraud. They placed a broken radiator, that was returned to them by someone else, with a damaged box into new box, and shipped to me as a new one. This is ridiculous to treat customers like that. Scammers!. I hope owner will see this and will take an action. Fedex tracking 179424841967

These guys are great and Rodney provides us with outstanding service. We will continue to be loyal customers for a long, long time and look forward to our business ventures in the future! Would recommend to anybody that needs quality parts and service.

After over a decade of doing business with German Auto they were recently bought out by SSF and are now "too big to care". They have decided that they no longer deliver to us, a shop 4 miles away that orders thousands of dollars in parts, …

Been dealing with the company since 1984....Been very happy. Great employees such as Randy Lyle, Pat Evans, Rodney and owners Betty and late Dallas Shelton. They are geared to deal with.

Great place to get wholesale prices for OEM European car parts. Just need a commercial account.

SSF mostly only carry parts for European cars... Some for Asian cars... And some others, No Domestics... Parts reps are pretty good. Picking up parts is a pain sometimes. And they have a large inventory of parts.

Very poor custom service and they don't even know how to talk to a customer. very bad behavior and also they don't like to provide customer service or district managers number. I mean what good of a manager youre if you dont have your owner/corporate number. VERY BAD ATTITUDE. They manager on duty denied when asked for a his supervisor's number.

Best place to get quality parts for BMW & Mercedes. Talk to Terry, a true professional! Always friendly & correct parts every time.
