Great Experience! Inquired online about a set of very specific parts and I was contacted by MJ. MJ made sure I got everything I needed to make sure the project worked out perfectly. My request was not simple - I literally needed a long list of parts and they flawlessly made sure nothing was missing. This is very rare these days. A business is made great by employees like this. I looked around for a month looking for a mirror that matched the one I broke on my f150 2018 pick up Finally I came across speedway auto in Joliet. The customer service was over the top. They took time to explain the process of finding the mirror and explained that there were over 1300 combinations that the mirror could be so this wasn’t any easy task. After a few days Sean called me back after using all his connections with other auto parts business here in Illinois and other states and was able to find an exact match of my mirror. I got the price and was pleasantly surprised how much I saved. I highly recommend this family owned business. Thanks again!

I had a very great experience with this seller. My merchandise arrived to the local freight hub in no time. Although, there was an issue with one of my merchandise due to freight negligence. Andria & Mike took care of everything for me & went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied! The customer service is incredible! I am writing this comment to warn online and Facebook shopper about a scam that has occurred. I was deceived into believing I could trust the seller, but unfortunately, I lost 500 dollars. The situation has become too serious, and I'm working with FTC to report this scam. Please be cautious and verify the authenticity of any online shops before making any transactions.
