Very helpful and knowledgable staff. When I visited, I just told them what type of items I was looking for and what I was trying to do, and they pointed me to and even fetched the parts for me. I highly recommend shopping here for your auto part needs. Side note: Be careful as you pull in and pull out of the parking space since it's not too big and is right on the busy 16th St.

Very good selection and much better prices then the box stores. The knowledge is unbeatable these guys have been around. Only a minor hiccup that was easily remedied.

Nice lil shop. I only needed couple things but they did have them for a fair price and the counter man got everything ready for me. I'd recommend this lil shop to anyone in the area. It's nice to get hood service. It's something I truly appreciate

Great employees. Very helpful but don't always have what u need. The guy that helped me even took the effort to get on Amazon to help find the part i needed!!

Second time coming here with the same poor customer service. You walk in & wait in line for a few minutes & dont get acknowledged. Horrible place. I spent my money elsewhere!

Great place to go they are very convienent. To go to but the prices are a little higher than autozone but if you want someone that knows what they are talking about then you should skip autozone and come here

16 street and Washington both delivers on service and prices. If I had questions most of the time they get answered as well.
