Spartan Auto & Heavy Truck Parts

I was looking for a front and rear bumper and found what I was looking for on eBay(this company listing) , we’ve message them agreeing on a price and confirm that I will be there to pick it up the next day! I drive about 2 and half hours away to get there for them to tell me they don’t have the front bumper which was mainly what I was looking for and why I came down here for . They said it was sold a month ago. Which I know they are lying. I saw the listing on eBay a couple days ago that they just listed it for his I did not tell them that I saw. They were giving me the run around and started saying it’s a system glitch , And called them out saying why would you still have it listed if it’s sold the. Proceeds to say the car is still there, okay cool they said they never took down the listing of the bumper but what I have noticed and mentioned was they changing the pricing on it the night before so they clearly knew about that post they could have simply taken it down. In the end I think they opted out of the deal that we agreed on which is $1500 for bother and someone realized it was a steal lol . I was more mad that we’re talking about it in that specific listing that I was coming to pick it up and somehow no one bother to confirmed they had it on the system they could have told me before they made me drive a 5 hour rounds trip for nothing Don’t waste your time and money with them

Had a great experience with Spartan Auto & Heavy Truck Parts, especially with Alex P. He was extremely helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Professional service from start to finish. I highly recommend this place. Purchased spare tires for my Volvo truck — Thank you!

I’m a repair shop out of Milwaukee Wisconsin. We purchased a BMW motor from this company on September 26 That was listed On eBay after I called them, he told me he will sell it to me direct not through eBay my first mistake for $5850 plus …

My experience was absolutely 100%! I spent a lot of money on a new power stroke engine and it was shipped to northern maine with no issues. Motor is now installed and runs like a top. I highly recommend these guys for any parts or motor needs.

I ordered transmission for a 2020 Hyundai Kona and this is what was delivered They've sold me a broke transmission. And would not refund stay far away from this company.

Horrible experience purchasing from this shop on ebay; Sold us a damaged column on a Chevrolet Silverado. If I could leave zero stars I would based on the Customer Service I received. There's a lot of junkyards out there. ... Don't take a chance on a part buying from here... They will steal your money!!!

I got carrier from you guys I already installed it runs great thank you very much there sales guy dima if you need some parts he will fined you a part AA++++

They sell me a rear diff for semi trailer, I send my driver pick up and there send wrong part , I send to return it and there said it's no available so there charge restock fee $540 dollars and it's his fault. I won't recommend this place really bad costumer service. Won't buy from this guys

I needed a speaker for my vehicle. They quoted me $30 over the phone. I was there to pick it up 20 minutes after the call and they brought it out to me in just a few minutes. It was exactly what I needed. They'll treat you right whether you are buying a $300 part or a $30 part. Great customer service! Thank you!
