Consensus customer reviews

Customers like Shawn Browning consistently give high marks for in-person and phone interactions, praising the staff's willingness to help, answer questions, and offer suggestions, noting a pleasant contrast to other auto parts retailers. Andy Hernandez describes it as a 'small store with a big warehouse' where staff are friendly and helpful, often able to acquire parts not immediately in stock. William Morton and Ricky-Ric commend the crew for being helpful and a good source for truck and restoration needs. However, reviews from Nikki O, Zak Chebaa, Anthony H., and Johnny express significant concerns regarding online orders, pricing, and return policies, citing issues such as unstated restocking fees, alleged overcharging compared to other suppliers, and problems with refunds for unshipped orders. Anthony Tittle found parts a little pricey but appreciated the excellent, informative customer service from Roger.
