Don’t buy parts from here. We purchased a $500 part that was no good and attempted to return it ASAP. They won’t take the part back and will tell you that they have to go through a process to determine whether or not a refund is owed. You wait patiently to be advised you’d get a call back that will never happen. How they still manage to be in business- I am not sure.

Please don’t even try to go to this place and waste your time. They are just after your money. Once they take your money; they might give you broken or wrong part. and then they don’t refund your money or exchange the part. Poor customer service.

Hello, I bought a transmission from Southern Auto Salvage on 05/24/2025 and KY looked up the part in there system and told me I needed an all wheel drive transmission. Which was the wrong part for 2009 Lexus IS 250. I call KY and told him they delivered the wrong part to the repair shop. KY told me they would have to take 35% from the over all total that I paid total of $900.00 that they would only refund me ($585.00) back. This was KY fault. He also hung up in my face after I was trying to get this issue resolved. Finally week later in June after calling them so many time I spoke with Chris then Jay got a refund for $585.00. Chris and Jay did apologize for KY hanging up on me but KY never apologized. Make sure you READ THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT!!! If anything goes wrong they will blame you for it !! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM.....RUN

Don't Use this Salvage yard, I repeat DO NOT USE...In 2 minutes they rip me off for $275.00...I was looking for back tow seat for my 2019 Ford Transit 350 van...He promised that the seats would fit my van...THEY DIDNT...He said, policy wouldn't give me my money back...I repeat Don't Use this Salvage...I'am a firm believer that KARMA is a Mother...Shady business is a BAD practice
