If I could give 0 starts I would. I called them Thursday morning at 11:44 and they told me they’d call back in 10 minutes. But at 12:22 I called back to no answer. Then left a message and at 12:50 attempted to call back and again no answer. I’m not sure why they don’t want my money but I suggest going elsewhere.

Called twice to ask parts availability. Confirmed twice. When I drove 30 minutes to get there, they said they didn’t have the parts. It’s so unprofessional and ridiculous

Excellence in customer service. Even though they didn’t have the part I was looking for they were gracious enough to later text me websites where I may track it down and wished me luck. This was done to no benefit to themselves just out of a desire to help. This place deserves ten stars.

This place is a complete rip off. Besides the owner being rude to me, they wanted $100 for an alternator that is 25 to $75 everywhere else. And I had to go with my own tools to take it off?! And if the part is no good you can't return it. Stay away from this place if you want to save your money.

Mike paid a fair price for a 20+ year old car that I needed to dispose of. He said on the phone that he would come the next afternoon to pick it up, and it worked out great. Very easy to work with.

Love this place not huge but a lot of different cars and trucks plus they let you walk around to find what you need. One of the best salvage yards around. I stop buy every other week or so to see what they have Bring the owner a 6 pack of beer cause junk yards like this are going away cause they want to pull the parts for you to charge you more. Prices are great

Can not say enough how much integrity Mike has… I basically left my car and paperwork signed unlocked where it broke down… made a deal and he kept up his end even though he could have taken advantage. Man of his word even had difficulty getting the money to me but did whatever was necessary to keep up his end…. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Owner is a nice guy and pricing is fair. One of my favorite “U-Pulls” to go to. Only suggestion would be to get more VW’s!!

Smaller yard, friendly owner who is very helpful in finding the parts you need. Reasonable prices! No credit cards, so be sure to bring cash.
