They staff speak no to little english..But, Alex does and son who runs the business. They did get my motor into van with little to no efforts. Gave myself and co-rider water which was a BLESSING in the heat. I drove from Tyler,tx to Houston,Texas which was a smooth ride and the traffic wasn't to bad for a Saturday morning/afternoon. Alex was kind and professional plus, it's open 7 days a week.

I called before I came. I had to wait over 30 minutes for the part. I am a senior citizen. I had no help taking it to the car and my eyesight horrible

Wish I could leave less than one star. This business does not deserve the high rating it has. Wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews are fake. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. I purchased an alternator from here …

Silverado have been very good for carrying good & quality parts. I bought a radiator there that was better than me paying from $170- $200. That really saved me money

Don't waste your time, they don't want to help you out by telling that they don't have the part that you are looking for before you tell them what you need

I buy all my used parts there. I'm a shop in spring. Great crew of guys and good parts. Never had a problem.

Claimed they had a particular 3 spoke rim in stock that I needed for my 1998 Dodge Ram. When I got there they sent me out to search through the vehicles only to find they did not have what I needed. A huge waste of my time and they didn’t care at all.
