Needed a rim for Ford Flex 2015. To replace one bent on rear! New 325.00 looked for sources all over the internet for used. Found Stroyer with a rim and made call-email- Gentleman very courteous and knowledgeable explaining price shipping fee etc and how to make sale on line! Made the purchase and 48 hours later it arrived at door boxed (did not expect that service) 11 days before Christmas! Thank you for excellent customer service!

Recently purchased HV Battery for one of my hybrid vehicles from these guys, went 4 hours out of my way for one of the riskiest parts to buy on a used market. I was pleasantly surprised by the turn around, they promised a couple of days to get the part out, instead it took 2 hours and I got the call back from Curtis saying it’s ready, excellent work, never mind the fact that the battery was much better priced and in an ideal condition, and most importantly work perfectly! Thanks again!

We had to get rid of a car and they were able to quote us over the phone. Within an hour we left the car with them and a check in our hands! I love Shroyers. They've been my #1 go to for parts for years. They have a lot of parts @ a fraction of the price of buying from traditional automotive stores. I've gotten pretty lucky finding the parts I've needed too. Once in a while they don't have whatever I happen to be calling about but more so than not - I call, they check & just like that I can run & grab what I need. A few times they called the place in North Lansing towards Dewitt & found the parts I needed when they didn't have them there. Super glad I know about this place & the guys up front are super helpful. If there's any girls (I just haven't met you but I'm sure you're great too) 🤗 I think one of the guys I remember is Dusty? Definitely good place to keep in mind!

This is probably the most interesting store in Lansing. Shroyer's buys Lansings cast offs, sorts the good more interesting items out and then recycles the rest. Large assortment of interesting items laid out on the ground "garage sale" …

I needed to part with my 2002 Ford Explorer that quit running and was just sitting in the yard. I called Shroyer's and they helped me get it out of the yard and bought it to use for parts before it is scrapped. I worked with Patrick, Tyler, and Curtis. They were all very nice and professional. Great service!!! Also, if you are in need of any specialized towing, I highly recommend Tyler. If he can not do it, it can't be done. Thank you!
