This is my top spot for car parts. Their prices are great and the service is always excellent. Sinan is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to make things easy. Many times he already has the parts ready for me before I arrive, which saves a lot of time. If they don’t have something, he’s always willing to recommend another place that might. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for good prices and reliable service.

I first called Safari Auto Wrecking around 11:00 AM by phone, and Sinan answered. He told me he would check for the specific part I needed and get back to me. At 11:27 AM he confirmed via message that they had the part. To avoid any …

Their website hours are inaccurate. It listed them as open on Saturday, but they were actually closed. Thankfully, Google Maps had the correct information, so I didn’t make the one-hour drive each way. On a weekday, their website said they open at 8:00 AM. I arrived around 8:15 AM, but the gate was locked and no one answered the phone. I waited in my car for over 30 minutes, unsure if they were even opening, and was about to leave when someone finally opened the gate around 8:50 AM. What left a bad impression was the reception staff’s response. After I explained that the website hours were wrong, that I had waited outside for 30 minutes, and that I nearly left, there was no apology or acknowledgment. I was also surprised to learn that people were already inside during that time, despite no one answering the phone or signaling that the gate would open shortly. Being brushed off after that kind of wait felt unprofessional, especially given the one-hour drive. I was also charged an unexpected 3% credit card fee, which was not communicated in advance. Had I known, I would have brought cash or used a debit card. The lack of upfront communication resulted in an extra charge on the spot, which was frustrating. To be fair, the staff working in the back were friendly and helped me load the car part, which I appreciated. Still, inaccurate hours, poor communication at the front, and surprise fees made this a disappointing experience overall.

I was sold a damaged transmission, which caused my vehicle to be down for weeks. Because of their mistake, I had to pay labor twice, and it took over a month to finally receive a working replacement. Communication was extremely poor. I had …

Extremely friendly folks that run this wrecking yard. Very professional. Had a mix-up on a part. They were happy to exchange it and refund me the difference between the two parts. You couldn't have asked for a better community-owned wrecking yard

Josie the front desk attendant was very helpful to listen to my concerns and put them at ease. I spoke with Obie and was able to get more details about the part. At $2000, for the transmission I needed. I wanted to ensure it was THE best one for my situation. It took me a couple of months but I was able to install the transmission In my wife's 2014 Ford Fusion Energi. Well, It works as it should and I'm glad I got fairly local. Thanks to Safari Auto, I was able to resurrect this car and save money!

It is very unprofessional to tell the customer that the part is ready, and in the end, when the customer meets in person, he finds out that the part is not ready and it takes three hours to get it ready for sale! Are you serious? Bottom …

Needed an antenna for my 2016 Dodge Journey, Amazon failed and local Auto parts stores couldn't supply. Guy on the desk very helpful and went out back only to return with the exact item, excellent service. Also bought a Toyota Corolla 2 years ago, no problems with it and running well.

These guys are great to work with on every level. I have purchased multiple parts from them, and even a complete "first" car for my son. The owner is very professional and personable, as well as his crew. Good prices, and they will stand behind their sale. I would highly recommend calling to see if they have what you are looking for first.
