The item I ordered was in stock and shipped on time and arrived very quick which is important because we travel full time and are moving every couple weeks. It installed and worked the way I expected but I thought the price was a little excessive, which is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, but since I could not find it anywhere else I was forced to pay. I bookmarked the site and will use them again for hard to find items.

We had just bought an older motorhome and needed a relay for our slides. I found it on the RV Elite Parts website. I needed it to be shipped at an alternate location since we were out of country. I called in and asked for help with ordering it. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. The nice gentleman who answered the phone made it happen. We got the relay in two days and now all is fixed and we can continue the journey. Seemless communication and service. Thank you RV Elite Parts for all your help.

I had a broken door handle on my RV. I was able to find the exact right one very quickly and get it ordered. They shipped the same day and I had it in a couple of days. It fit perfectly and even came with two new keys. I would buy from them again with no hesitation.

This was my first time buying from RV Elite Parts Group and I am extremely pleased! They had some hard to find parts for my 2005 Safari Gazelle. Prices were very reasonable and shipping was very fast. Great communication from them as well. I will definitely be back!

I ordered the bottom (convex) mirror for my Remco side mirror. It arrived in a few days. All the parts were there to install it but I had a hard time getting the mirror to "snap" in place. I was afraid of pushing too hard and breaking it. My wife suggested using an oven mitt on my hand. Using the mitt, it went right on. We are able to see again!!
