Route 12 Auto Parts & Salvage

I had a great experience at Route 12 Auto Salvage in Richmond. A gentleman named Marty helped me find the parts I needed, and the whole process was quick, efficient, and cost-effective. I highly recommend them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I Highly Recommend Route 12 Auto Parts & Salvage, Marty Helped Me Out On My 99 Chevrolet Camper Van Aka #TheRig 🚐🛣️🏕️🇺🇸✌🏼 The Previous Owner Put Aftermarket Taiwanese JUNK Amazon Taillights On The Poor "Rig" And They Were Filling With Water Corroding & Shorting Out My Brake And Turn Signal Lights. Long Story Short Marty At The Yard Was Honest, Fair, And Kept His Word On The Price He Had Quoted Me Over The Phone, Even Had The Lights Waiting For Me When I Got There. Thank You From "The Rig" 🚐🛣️🏕️🇺🇸🫵🏼 PICTURED OEM GM TAILLIGHTS👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 & AFTERMARKET JUNK AMAZON TAILIGHTS👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 #YouGetWhatYouPayFor

If you ever need a car part give Route 12 a call. These guys are very professional. You can rest assure that you're gonna get a good used quality part. I traveled …

Guess they don't want my sale or business, can't return a damn call, junked my vehicle at route 14 and got my parts from there as well, nice job at 12! Lost another customer

5 stars, great for everything and any info you may need that you hadn't known! Always recommend, very polite and VERY HELPFUL.

They had the used part I needed at a fair price. Saved my vehicle from joining the salvage yard. Can't say enough about Marty's willingness to locate part needed, verify it was correct with my mechanic and offered to deliver to their shop at a no additional cost. I would highly recommend and no hesitation to use them again.

Bought a rebuilt rear differential for a 2004 Ford explorer a year or so back. Should have went somewhere else when the first one shredded itself. At first they made me replace both U joints to make sure it wasn't that. Had another one rebuilt for me which I had to wait a few days. Installed and was never reimbursed for all the gear oil I had to use. Now, found that the pinion nut had come loose. Vibration between 55 to 70 miles an hour was the symptoms but thought maybe a cv axle or aomething else. Took a look at the differential and found they barely replaced anything inside. What they did replace was with the cheapest seals and bearings they could find. I would never purchase anything rebuilt from this place ever again. Please beware!
