Rock Bottom Auto Parts

Excellent service, ordered the part on a Wednesday, received it perfectly packaged and on time the same Friday. Prices are great, will definitely shop here again.

This company is no good don't ever order parts from ebay or this company they do not stand behind what they sale.

Do not buy anything from Rock Bottom auto. I tried to cancel my order but they wouldnt cancel it saying it already shipped even though it didnt actually leave the facility until 3 hours after I tried to cancel my order. Once I received the item i tried to return it unopened but the company will not take it back because it says not returnable below the add to cart button. The company is unwilling to make it right by accepting the unopened product. They are clearly money hungry for every red cent & don't care about return customers. ***Edit for the owner who has yet to reach out to me*** Yep terms and conditions are real & I tried to follow them, however when I canceled the order with amazon before it shipped, they were unable to cancel it even though it hadnt shipped, therefore I believe you should be willing to take the unopened part back. Heck Ill even pay to ship it back to you even though its Hazmat restricted. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. If not, I stand by my previous review and statement.

i did get the part i ordered and quick and no problems with it at all had good luck with them so far and received my core charge back also

I purchased a heater core from this place They didn't bother to package it properly, so it became damaged in shipping. My refund took 3 weeks plus an apparent 15% restock fee. I paid for return …

I shopped at this Rock Auto parts Depot from eBay apparently this is an eBay auto parts store and what prices they have OMG the prices are incredible almost half price from what you find in your regular auto parts stores I couldn't believe …

Purchased parts from these people through Amazon. Watch out they will ship you broken return items

Ordered part on Thursday received it following day, Friday. 27 hrs after order was place. AWESOME service!

Yes please post your email address so I can ask a question about a part before ordering it. Thank you.

This plaza is a black hole. I spent more time trying to find this place then I could afford. I ended up leaving without even locating it.
