I called Rich's looking for a rear door for an older Astro Van after coming up empty at the junkyards in my immediate area. James and Steve(?) were helpful in describing the part they had on the lot and its condition. No rudeness or issues with answering my questions and sending pictures. Very fair price not worth haggling over for the complete door including panel, glass, and its removal from the donor vehicle. I ordered and paid for the part over the phone on a Friday morning. They removed the part same day. It was evident the part was removed with care so as not to damage it or any of the necessary components for the install. They even arranged for Saturday pickup to accommodate me coming from out of town on the weekend. Great parts buying experience all around.

Very unprofessional phone calls and store visits. The first time was to pick up a very simple part. They got the wrong item and I kindly told them it was the wrong part. Both of the people at the front desk seemed unprofessional and mumbled under there breathe about how i didn't know what I was talking about when I was 100% sure about the item. Later on they brought me a broken part and didnt even give me a discount or anything when the part was damaged. Sadly had to deal them them and I won't be doing it again.

I used Rich's Wrecking to rent a U-Haul 5x8 Trailer. Because I was moving in town (moving 5 blocks from my rental to my purchased house) Rich allowed me to keep the trailer 24 hours instead of 6 hours. I was very thankful for that. I did go over the intended 6 hours. I didn't use the trailer the entire 24 hours, but having the extra time, was a relief and I appreciated it. It does pay to shop local and small business.
