Reyes Auto Parts #2

I didn’t buy the part here only because the sales rep was knowledgeable and was aware that it was the wrong unit so he actually saved me a lot of time by letting me know that prior to purchase. Although I didn’t get a transmission, I was also glad I didn’t buy the wrong one

Recently bought a Hemi engine from here. Initially I called around to probably 7 different places and Reyes was within a few hundred of the competition. The next day I got a call to my shop following up on the engine I asked about. …

Quick service had my part in no time.I highly recommend this place if you need a used part at a low price..

Made me drive a few hours for nothing . Bad customer service.

Just to all of you reading these reviews is the only reason they are getting good reviews is that they offer $10 off the purchase of any parts they have. That is if they don't tell you they have it over the phone and you drive up there and they don't have it. I already left a review last week about this place. They sold me a bad transmission and didn’t want to refund me the money, after everything they decided to refund me the money but they kept my core that I took.bad customer service.i don’t recommend buying from this place.

WOULD LEAVE A 0 STAR RATING IF I COULD!!! Don't waste your time talking to ALEX. I asked him 3 times about an engine to make sure it was the correct year and he assured me 3 times it was. I drove 40 minutes to find out the engine was not correct. Alex is trash along with every engine and transmission I saw in the facility. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE and make the same mistake I did.
