I used their company USAA auto market as a broker to bid on a vehicle on IAAI. All i can say without getting into specifics is that it has been hectic. If you are looking to be treated like garbage and rudely then that is the company. Lied about everything and the only people that I was in contact there previously to the incident no longer work there. Aoid them at all costs!! I spoke to a lady by the name Rachel and she was very rude!!
