Went here today to look for a couple parts. They said I had to go look myself. Fine, I had brought tools because I knew that was likely. In order to use the wheelbarrow to bring large items up you either have to pay $5 or leave keys. Since they don't allow kids under 18 in, I had to send my 15 year old that I had brought to help me, to the car with the keys. Unfortunately I could find what I needed. I then left without needing it anyway. However not before they asked to look in my purse. I should have told them no. There is NO sign stating that I needed to show them the contents of my purse upon leaving or i wouldn't have brought it to begin with. I absolutely should have told them no, seeing as how that's bullshit. It's not my fault that as a company, they don't want to have the expense to place cameras or security. I don't appreciate being treated like a thief. I will not be back thanks to this overall experience.

Pull and save is awesome. They pulled me out of a bind and definitely save my butt with parts that I needed. Self-service yard so that's awesome. It's only two bucks to get in. They always have everything I'm looking for. I've been going there for 15 years.

My experience with them has been excellent! I have pulled many parts and they have been helpful and very enjoyable to work with. I will definitely recommend them!

Paying for a core charge on used parts kind of feels like being double dipped on but what do you do. If you're willing to deal with the mud you can find some deals out there but wear your boots.

Super friendly staff, they always are nice and willing to help and answer even my most stupid questions with a smile. The yard is well organized and easy to find the make and model of whichever car your are looking to pull parts from, nice layout.

Scheduled a pickup for me and then never picked up. Ignored call after call until they finally answered and told me a driver would get ahold of me and no one did. Because of them my car got impounded for no reason because I had a tow scheduled. Can't get ahold of them, they don't do their job, and then you get stuck with a bill after. Would give 0 stars if I could.
