Premier Auto & Truck Parts

Needed a replacement wheel for one damaged by a pothole. Worked with Tyler and had one drop shipped to my home within a couple of days. Wheel looks brand new! Exceptional communication and service. Great value - saved my over $500 from the dealerships quote to replace.

Customer service at Premier is amazing. Tyler Field goes out of his way to accurately Describe the condition of the recycled part and does everything possible to help the customer. Bought quite a few Recycled parts in my lifetime and Tyler is by far one of the best customer service reps around. If you need a recycled part, call Tyler.

Jim was great. I bought a center console to swap out my jump seat. Came in perfect condition and they threw in the trim piece for me. Shipped the same day. Best price I could find.

Very friendly and professional. Scott and his team are great to work with, and we look forward to future business with them.

Tyler has provided a great service to me. I am not a business owner, but bought an old vehicle with parts to replace and bought a pair of seats with him. One of them came with a defect and he made it right and kept transparent communication with me. I appreciate you and looking forward to hearing from you when you find the seat I need.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim and Andy in buying my first used engine. I’m was never a fan of buying used because you never know if you going to get what you paid for. These guys helped me dearly with the purchase and quick shipping. I cannot appreciate it enough. This is a great company to order engines from as they stand behind their products, within reason. I highly recommend giving Premier a try.

So far so good. The 51k 3.5 liter engine I installed in my 2010 maxima has been performing very well. All sensors and leads were plug and play. 110 miles down will update as time goes. Leaving for cedar point. Over 1200 miles so far so good. Just hit 3k miles and going 1st oil change. Hoping for continued success with this build and wish everyone the same experience as I've had.

Wanted to drop a quick review for my parts guy Adam Schumann. If I could give him a 6th star I would. Service was great, communication was top notch and I got exactly what I needed and actually was helped to get some things I would have overlooked. I was taken care of 100%! Will shop here again and tell all my friends and family too.

Adam was great to work with, fast at answering all questions. Made this purchase super easy.

I had an amazing first experience with Premier, and intend to return to them any time I am in need of quality used parts. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine who said they also offer great warranty options (at an additional fee) for many major items. I called and spoke with Adam, who was incredibly helpful and ordered me a low mileage differential/carrier assembly from another one of their locations. Adam also answered all of my questions about mileage on the unit, pricing, the additional/extended warranty options, and even working out a later pickup date since they had received the unit earlier in the week than I was able to come pick it up. The team at Premier was incredibly helpful and friendly, and quick to reply in all of my communications with them. If you are in need of used parts for your vehicle, I highly recommend giving Premier a call!
