Pops Pick & Pay

My company placed order via phone with Henry in sales on 9/24/2024. He promised to have it delivered by 9/26/24 to no avail. Called daily was told it was on truck and i would be the next delivery. On Monday 9/30/2024 called from the service shop because part still wasn’t delivered to speak directly with Henry again and cancelled the order. Henry became argumentative and very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company or location to do business with. This will be reported to the BBB due to still not receiving a refund.

Great place to find all parts needed from maintenance parts to major repairs they have it all. I've even seen boats motorcycles and riding mowers so they have just about anything. I research high demand parts and inspection related parts go pull them then resell for a nice profit. Costs a few bucks to get in and u pull any and all parts you want. They have a service where they will pull. They have engine hoists for you to use and wheel barrels for parts. They also buy junk cars. This is one junk yard to visit.

Great place to buy used parts. The yard is well organized, vehicles lifted, so it's pretty easy to take from underneath, a lot of wheelbarrows to borrow to carry your tools. Prices are very affordable, staff polite and helpful. Also they …

Selection limited prices done got higher than chesterfield auto parts not worth the drive nomore

Very clean junk yard . Honest people . Good prices . This place is way better than CAP and easier to deal with .

Play some super organized and has everything you need. Excellent customer service

Told them the exact part I needed on my year vehicle. She looked it up, said they had it, just to get to the vehicle to see they DID NOT HAVE IT, already gone. Somehow I feel I was swindled out of $2 and my valuable time. They need better record keeping for their inventory. That was my first time there and won't go back.

Their website has said "inventory list coming soon!" for YEARS now. Also not being open on Sundays is a huge disappointment as the weekend is the best time to go to a place like this because I work all week.

2 dollars to enter... Make sure u bring tools... The one you need and don't need... You will eventually.

Very well stocked. Extremely fair on prices. I'll be going back a lot!
