It's like a treasure hunt. Was able to get all my "hit list" items for my truck. Love that they post the photos online so you can scout before the hunt.

Called all day couldn’t get a hold of nobody. Pushed 2 for sale your vehicle and told him my situation. I needed a transmission. He didn’t won’t to help just wanted to buy my vehicle. I honestly, believe they are a scam

It was my first time going to the junkyard in a long time. Wish I was informed on more details About how things worked at LKQ. Was not pleased at all Honestly, you’re better off going to ((Cash an Carry-Pull your part)). They told me everything I needed to know and! allowed my 8 year old daughter to sit in the check out room while I got the parts that I needed.

I had my car picked up the same day after calling and came in person to pick up my check a couple days later and it was such a smooth process, the two people I encountered in the office were super personable and friendly. I was nervous selling my car but they made the process so easy. :)

Of course, I should have read the reviews before calling LKQ, But I ordered a part for my BMW X5, over the phone and was told it would be in on Friday. I drive all the way to the location after reviewing their hours online; it’s stated they were open on Sunday! I have a feeling something was gonna go wrong, because of all their crappy reviews and decided to call the same number. I called when I placed the parts order and no one answered for over an hour, I only continue to get their answering service, who kept repeating “they’re supposed to be open.” So, me being an idiot and thinking the hours on the site are correct, I got in my car and drove a good distance only to stand in line, while listening to some girl complain about not charging people three times. Over and over and over again she kept saying, with a very loud voice, “I didn’t charge them three times, I didn’t charge them three times,” and yes she worked there. When it was my turn, I told the guy behind the counter that I ordered a part, “it was supposed to be in on Friday.” He then informed me that that building is separate and they are closed. I asked him why doesn’t anyone answer the phone and he replied they don’t have a landline, while laughing at me. I told him it wasn’t funny and for some reason he still thought it was and continuing to laugh as I walked out the door. I haven’t witnessed such ignorance and disrespect since paying a traffic ticket at the courthouse 20 years ago.

I get things I want but don't pay the 90 day warranty because most things seem to last that I need. As for the cores I bring them with me and keep them in my car till I pay for the parts. They may have a car listed they have but doesn't …
