Pick Your Part - Rialto

I had a disappointing experience at Pick-A-Part in Rialto. I bought a car part and later realized it wouldn’t work for my situation. When I went back the next day to ask about returning or exchanging it, I was told that because I didn’t purchase their warranty, the sale was completely final. The problem is that this policy was never explained to me at checkout, and I didn’t see any sign clearly stating that not buying the warranty means you cannot return or exchange the part at all. My understanding of a warranty (which matches the standard definition) is that it protects you if something malfunctions or is defective, not that it determines whether you’re allowed to return an item. When I tried to explain my understanding and mentioned that it matches the general definition online, the employees and manager dismissed it and even said “Google is wrong.” The conversation felt very dismissive and I was spoken to as if I didn’t understand something basic. I understand businesses can set their own policies, but they should be clearly explained to customers beforehand. Most people understand a warranty as protection against defects, not as a requirement just to have the option to return something. Just a heads up for first-time customers: if you buy a part here and do not purchase their warranty, they may consider the sale completely final.

Amanda was very helpful and the driver Oscar was super cool Im glad she called me directly because the 1800 number people you have to deal with just dont make no justice or hope. …

Charging for an electronic fuel injection wiring harness price for a license plate harness with 2 wires is crazy. And then being told its not a pigtail harness. By both management and counter person.

This pick a part was one of the cleaner salvage yards I've ever been too. The employees at the entrance ask you a few questions to help you locate the vehicle your looking for, i found that extremely useful, in my case, the employee even let me know many people had already come for parts off the vehicle I was there too pull a few parts off myself. There is a few dollars entry fee just to get in as a heads up.

You may find your parts here. Over all, it's a good place for used parts. They e become a bot excessive with the pricing of stuff, honestly. I know the cost of living is high, but it is as though they've forgotten the demograph of their customers ... I know for s fact, they have lost sales due to excessive pricing...

The Big Homie Rick at the entrance was super Helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. He quickly pointed me in the right direction for what I was searching for. At the checkout counter Jerry was quick to help me save money while maintaining his professionalism. Thank you guys I appreciate it much clean location helpful People I give this place a 10 out of 5

I love LKQ. I have a customer for over 40 years. I have seen so many changes during those 40+ years... and I can say that I feel grateful to the the people dedicated to offer US the opportunity to re-use... save money... and save the planet by re-using. I know... Many people won't agree with me... but I'm happy with my thinking. I love LKQ. If you have time and nothing to do... Go to any LKQ location close to you... and Enjoy... Relax... and Get more Automotive Experience. All the vehicles are there for you. Entrance... $3 bucks and everyday open.

Literally just walked out of this place. I hope to never ever come back. One of the worst LKQ yards and I’ve been to a few. I came from the Los Angeles County area only because I found a specific color vehicle like mine, a hard to find …
