Pick Your Part - Greenville

Horrible Experience at LKQ (SC) I came at noon and spent almost half the day (4–5 hours!) pulling tires with rims. About 25 minutes before closing, I went to the counter and asked for the $5 tire dismount service — they refused. I even asked to buy the tires together with the rims — still refused. Meanwhile, 5–10 customers behind me were still being served and buying parts until closing time. I have photo and video proof of this selective and biased treatment. As a result, I wasted half a day, lost around $200, and spent Labor Day on their dirty yard instead of with my family. I came for the 50% off sale — but ended up with no parts, no discount, just wasted time and money. I consider this treatment humiliating. I will be filing complaints with BBB, state and federal agencies to request full inspections of this location, and I will take this to small claims court to recover my losses. It would have been cheaper and faster to just buy new tires at a store than waste time on this junk. This place selectively sells parts and treats customers unfairly — I do NOT recommend it to anyone.

Called to drop my car off and sell it to them. Was told I can come in today and leave with $630 with a check in hand. When I got the manager told us they were short staffed, on break slamming their faces with food and that I had to wait 2 …

Always a great place to find the parts for your car. They have about any car you can think of as long as it's not a extremely expensive car like Lamborghini or something close. There prices are a lot more lower than going and buying from part store. Only down side is they are used but you can get a warranty on the parts so that makes up for it. The staff also will help you find your car as well as parts that are compatible.

They have to many fees, add ons, warranty charge, core charge, etc plus the part price too. By the time u add all them extras on top of there steep prices too it's just cheaper and more convenient to buy from eBay who 100% money back …

Trying to decide if it’s worth the trip anymore after inflation. Needed a passenger headlight. Came to pull apart and was charged extra for a housing that comes with the light. $39.99 for the light and $12.25 for “Misc Housing” as if we …

They wouldn't let me pay for parts after it took me 15 minutes to get up hill because it was heavy and they closed the doors. Then because my truck was broke down and I had to come 2 days after that they threw all the parts away. I tried calling next day but couldn't reach anyone and the 800 number is useless. I have missed days of work and now don't have the parts I needed.

I spent about 4 hrs of my time to buy an abs and a door panel, they said that I have to pay over 300$ for it. When on eBay I could have purchased those parts for 150-200 shipped to my door. They wanted to charge me over 200$ on the door panel alone, when a whole door is 100$. Don’t waste your time going there.

Helped a friend sell a car there got a great offer price showed up with confirmation number and was out the door with a check and bill of sale in less then 20 minutes. A++ customer service and experience.

Mrs. Bianca provided outstanding assistance to me and my family in finding parts for my Cadillac Escalade. She was incredibly professional and delivered exceptional customer service. She answered all of our questions and truly made the …

What a joke. I paid money to walk around looking for the parts I needed which they didn't have. Then they would refund the money I paid to enter. It's a rip off. Ordered your parts online. STAY AWAY
